Rachel Ray - Shines in the years of Recession

Love her or hate her, but is the great recession of our times, the era of Rachel Ray? With so many tightening the belt, and having to dine at home rather than go out for dinner like the good old days, lol!, more and more are tuning into Rachel Ray on her website. What are they all doing? Learning how to cook again of course! Italian food rocks. It’s healthy in most parts. Avoid the creamy sauces, in Americanized pasta dishes perhaps, but Ray is a leading light in recession. Personally, I find her so irritating, but props where props are due! Go girl!
