What's up with the scratch on Pamela Anderson's breast?

During Vivienne Westwood’s fall-winter show, Pamela Anderson had a nipplegate slip of her left breast.

Her black wrap ensemble came undone, as she made a few turns on the runway in France while she was arm in arm with designer Westwood, when her nipple popped out. Vivienne Westwood of course, looked saintly, clutching her posy of pink roses to her breasts. These girls are shockers! :)
